EGR Flex is active in greenhouse horticulture and is looking for motivated employees for various clients in the Westland region and surroundings. You can start quickly with a suitable employer and receive personal guidance during your placement.
About the role
As an employee in greenhouse horticulture, you will help with various activities, such as harvesting, crop care, sorting and processing products. You work together with colleagues and ensure that the work is carried out carefully and according to the agreements. The work may vary per client. The position is active and physical in nature. Experience in greenhouse horticulture is not always necessary. A good work attitude and motivation are more important to us.

What we offer
- Salary from €14.99 to €16.50 gross per hour, depending on position and CLA
- Full-time work of approximately 40 hours per week
